Therefore, West believes the only true God is the triune God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit (Isaiah 44:6). The only true God is one God in three persons.  (Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 3:13-17) God the Father created mankind, the Earth, and everything in it, God the Son saved us by his innocent death and resurrection, and God the Holy Spirit brings us to faith and keeps us in the one true faith.  Jesus said: "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" (Matthew 28:19).

We recognize that all mankind is sinful since the first sins of Adam and Eve, but thankfully, our Savior, Jesus Christ, came to this Earth as an infant child, lived and died a perfect life in our place, took away all mankind’s sins on the cross, rose from the dead on Easter morning, so that all believers, now declared righteous in Jesus, will have eternal  life with him in heaven.

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.  For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him" (John 3:16-17).
