West Lutheran invites you to the West Fall Fest on Saturday, October 15. This fun-filled event will offer specialty and artisan items along with fabulous food and bake sale goods. You can be a part of this fantastic event by shopping, selling or volunteering. Just check out the information below on how you can be involved. Proceeds from the West Fall Fest will benefit West Lutheran tuition assistance.
Calling all vendors!
With our convenient location in Plymouth (Highway 55 and 494), this event will attract many shoppers. Just submit the following items to be a part of our great event:
- Completed registration form
- Registration fee
- Completed and signed operator Certificate of Compliance Form: Minnesota Revenue ST19 - Organizers of craft shows are required by Minnesota law to get written evidence that persons who do business at the show have a valid sales permit.
- Two photos for your items - In order to maintain a quality boutique, we would like to review your crafts.
Share a booth!
Are you vendor but may not be able to fill a whole booth? We welcome sharing of booths. Just fill out the registration form and mail it in with the other vendor registration forms.
Not a vendor, but would like to donate an item or items to sell? West Lutheran will have their own booth at the Fall Fest and will have the following for sale - produce, gourmet foods, and high quality crafted items. Please fill out this form and contact Lorraine Gerdes to donate your item.
Volunteers are needed for duties during the day of the event.
